The Lawn Ranger uses a state of the art Delta run with a 13 horse power Honda Engine, running cold water out at 200 bar at 15 Litres per minute. The old adage of more power = more clean is far from the truth. The fact that more flow of water at a % pressure will clean better, faster and more effectively. With the combined use of a 18” floor surface cleaner to keep the over flow contained within the cleaning unit prevent excess dirt being sprayed where it is not wanted.

Algae and moss can be unsightly, slippery and become dangerous when left untreated on driveways, paths, play areas, walkways, decking and almost any surfaces that are hard underfoot that are used by yourself your staff and members of the general public. This can generally be cleaning using cold water sprayed at high pressure by trained operatives. Sometimes on hard stained areas, sodium hydrochloride must be used to clean these stains. Algae and moss can be treated by using sodium hydrochloride mixed with a surfactant, to help prevent the buildup, and will be monitored within a site inspection.

We will also re-sand any jointing material that may be dislodged during the cleaning process, so all weeds can be removed, with peace of mind that the jointing will be re-instated like new! We will brush in all the jointing with fresh sand. Weed killing treatments either before or after can be set up as a maintenance programme. Weeds will grow due to sun, temperature, wind flow from seeds that birds drop to form weeds, and natural occurrence. Pressure washing will clean your hard surface area 100% and get rid of weedy areas, but over a period weed will re grow. Using our qualified technician qualified to PA1,PA6 to spray glyphosate based weed killer to keep these weeds dead and at bay. This is normally sprayed 1-3 times per year during the growing season. (Mar - Oct, It must be sprayed when dry and kept dry for at least 2-3 hours or enough time to naturally dry out).

Commercial clients normally have the same requirements as our domestic clients however they are normally larger areas. It is obvious that the appearance of the entrances, walkways and recreation areas are important in promoting the image of any business or public place. Apart from the obvious improvements to the appearance of a commercial property there is the all important aspect of keeping areas frequented by the public safe. Slippery paths are an unnecessary hazard that regular maintenance can prevent. No job is either too small, or too large.
